We are here to take you through the stages of preparing a colorful and spicy dish of Fried Rice to be enjoyed by yourself and loved ones. Fried rice is a beautiful and colourful dish because it has a unique green colour when variety of colourful vegetables are added to it.  It is also very nutritious specially because of the numerous nutrients it contains e.g carbohydrate from the rice, protein from the meat, vitamins and minerals from the vegetables. Fried rice is also very delicious and is a wonderful combo with fried or grilled chicken washed down with chilled orange juice. CDS group donates to host community It was a remarkable day for the students of Government unity secondary school, at kishi road, Kaiama local government area of Kwara state when charity and gender CDs group visited  the school for their monthly advocacy in the month of November CDS members in a discussion with the school principal The student's and management of the school welcomed the group and appreciating them for chosen the school for their advocacy, Omoruyi Osasuyi, president of the CDS group responded by thanking the management for the opportunity.
