Gender and Charity CDs members by; Francis Iredia the sensitization program was “born out of the need to see that children and people generally are treated equally irrespective of their sex The gender and charity CDs group in Kwara state, held a public lecture where they sensitized students of Government Day Kaiama, on the importance of gender and charity development. Community Development Service (CDS) which is one of the four (4) cardinals of the NYSC scheme has served as a platform for serious minded youth to analyze various problems facing the community and finding a lasting solution to it. This last combo would be Jellof Spaghetti and Beans(Ewa) for dinner. This combo is also loaded with lots of essential nutrients like carbohydrates (from the spaghetti), proteins (from the beans), vitamins and minerals (from the tomato) and fats and oil (from the vegetable oil). Some people would be looking at this combo as weird but try it out and enjoy this delicious meal. Ingredients: 1 pack of spaghetti I sachet of tomato paste Ground crayfish (2 tablespoon) I cup of beans (milk or iron type preferably because they cook faster) Maggi ( 2 cubes) Salt ( to taste) Ground dried pepper( cameroun type for a better taste) Vegetable oil 2 bulbs of onions Procedure: 1.
