Corps Members Donate Alcohol based Hand sanitizers to Kaduna state government. 


In a bid to fight the Covid-19 pandemic in Kaduna, corps members under the skill acquisition and entrepreneurship department (SAED) donates alcohol based hand sanitizers to the state government. 


The sanitizers were received by Mr. Isa Balarabe, Director of Pharmaceutical Services of the ministry who stood in for the commissioner of health. The Director, who admired the courage and contributions of the NYSC, thanked the corps members and assured the prompt distribution of the sanitizer to citizens of the state.


Also on ground was Bencruise Cosmetology, a SAED trainer, who taught the corps members on the production of hand sanitizer and other cosmetic products, he added, this is a dream come true, as I will continue to add my little effort with this skill in making sure residence of Kaduna are safe from the covid-19 pandemic.

MY NYSC STORY I have realized that NYSC was no scam for me. The experience was awesome and I was able to achieve so much. I built capacity, and got ready for the outside world. My name is Victor Agu, a former Kwara corper (2018 batch C1) and I have the following experiences to share. As I write, quick memories of how I admired serving as a kid continue to flood my mind. However, I’m both happy and grateful to God that I lived out my childhood admirations. OK, let’s go on a journey: As a very near first class Economics graduate{4.40/5.00} from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state; I left school heavily wounded and dented, as I got kicked out of a first class in only my last semester on campus. The why and how is a story for another day. But then, I also left school back to Lagos with much zest, fire, a reason to live out my dreams and to stay at the top of my game. I quickly applied around, attended a couple of interviews and worked a little on arriving Lagos.

CDs group educate Secondary School in Kiama on Gender Equality.  The CDs president, thought the students the CDs slogan... Which is putting smiles on people's face and promoting gender equality in the society. It was another joyful moment for student's of Shalom school, located in kaiama local government of Kwara state when charity and gender CDs group visited the school for their monthly advocacy. Welcoming the group, the principal Mrs Aluko said its a rare privilege for the group to have chosen her school for their sensitization program for the month.
