We are here to take you through the stages of preparing a colorful and spicy dish of Fried Rice to be enjoyed by yourself and loved ones. Fried rice is a beautiful and colourful dish because it has a unique green colour when variety of colourful vegetables are added to it. It is also very nutritious specially because of the numerous nutrients it contains e.g carbohydrate from the rice, protein from the meat, vitamins and minerals from the vegetables. Fried rice is also very delicious and is a wonderful combo with fried or grilled chicken washed down with chilled orange juice. Ingredients : 8 pieces of chicken 4 cups of rice Vegetable oil Onions Spring onions Green peas Sweet corn (1 tin)
